About Jan Day

Jan Day

Photography is my passion. I bought my first slr camera (a Ricoh A100) with my high school graduation money in 1982, took photography classes in college that involved darkroom development and printing, then progressed into digital in the late 90s with Canon products, first a Rebel, then a 20D, 50D and currently a 6D and 5DmkIV. I love to travel the backroads of the Driftless Area of Southwest Wisconsin and have a special affinity for old barns and agricultural relics that are quickly disappearing from the landscape. Seasonal scenery and nature also are captured in my photos that can be found at http://www.driftlessbackroads.photos and http://www.janday.photos. Hope you enjoy browsing and find something of interest. Thanks for...
